Based on the results of surveys in the first period of MARE project, the VMU’s coordinating board had consulted carefully with expertized faculties and institutes to decide which parts need to be revised and adjusted. After that, syllabus of courses has been gradually made and completed to be well-prepared for training. A syllabus consists of clear objectives, targeted group, timetable, desired learning outcomes and learning methods. Furthermore, Vietnam Maritime University and Ho Chi Minh University of Natural Resources and Environment collaborated on creating and developing the learning program with the purpose of enhancing interaction and efficiency among partner institutions in Vietnam.
